Marketing Qualified Lead
A lead that has been evaluated by the marketing team and meets certain criteria indicating readiness for sales engagement. Salesforce and MCAE track MQL status through lead scoring.
Example use case
When a lead's engagement score in MCAE crosses the threshold, it is marked as an MQL and automatically assigned to a sales rep's queue in Salesforce.
