A subset of AI where algorithms learn patterns from data to make predictions or decisions without explicit programming. Einstein Discovery and Einstein Prediction Builder use ML models.
Example use case
Einstein Lead Scoring uses ML to analyze historical conversion patterns and assign a predictive score to each new lead in Salesforce.
